I like the background images but instead of having "Totally Tiffany, The official Tiffany Ferrary Site", I think it should just have Official Tiffany Ferrary in larger, clear font. This will mean that the title of the page matches the URL for the site.
With the rest of the page when it comes to coding, I think pale pinks like on the forum for the background and certain areas such as announcements and buttons should be aqua blue to give the contrast but without having any vivid colours. Softer pinks and blues with dark sans-serif fonts will give an overall better viewing experience to the user

Oh I do wish you told me this when I asked on sunday!!!! I didn't save an editor copy as it takes to much room -_-
Well I really don't want to re do it, when I finish coding it, I will make sure at the Top it has Official Site in big letters

Sorry for the delay in commenting... It's not that important though. Keep going with it and I'm sure it will look great when you're done. Looking forward to seeing the finished product
